First Day of Preschool!

The much anticipated day finally arrived.  Peanut's First Day of Preschool!  Peanut has not been fond of schools.  We don't know why.  She's never even been in one.  She refused to talk about it.  She refused to look at one, when we point it out.  Regardless, it's time she started school.  And the day was the day after Labor Day, 2011.

Here she is, just got out of the car, walking on the pathway toward the school building.  She's holding a card I made just for her to look at when she's homesick.

 In the classroom.  Still doing okay.  Agreed to color with her favorite purple markers.

 Then, it's time for us to go.  Mommy also left while shedding tears.

 This is what we were greeted with when we came to pick her up.
