We found a strip of sandy beach that was perfect for baby. Very well protected, shaded by a giant tree. Since we didn't intend to actually go to beach on this particular day, we didn't have Peanut's swim suit with us. So, we did the next best thing... we stripped her down. :) Peanut actually had a lot of fun here. Water would still come in, but the waves are broken up by rocks just couple of feet out from the beach. So only a little bit of water comes in.
